Privacy Policy

Effective October 27, 2026

Cole Wiener Farm collects your email address only when you choose to join the Wiener Pack and explicitly consent to marketing. We record the date and version of your consent and a private unsubscribe token.

How we use your information

We use your email for puppy updates, farm stories, and announcements. We do not sell or publicly display subscriber information. Signing up does not reserve a puppy or establish a purchase agreement.

Storage and service providers

Vercel hosts this website, Cloudflare provides domain and security services, and Neon securely stores subscriber records. These providers process data to operate the site. Limited technical information may appear in security and hosting logs. We use a temporary, hashed network identifier to limit spam; the application does not store raw IP addresses in its subscriber database.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the private preference link provided after signup. Future marketing emails must include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribed addresses are retained only as a suppression record to prevent further marketing. Active addresses are retained while the subscription remains useful for the stated purpose.

Cookies and children

This coming soon site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. It is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect children’s information.

Privacy requests

Use your private preference link to withdraw consent. A verified privacy contact will be published here before an email campaign launches. This page will be updated if our data practices change.
